Let’s Keep Our Blood Pressure Healthy!
A student handbook on heart health and blood pressure was designed for Singapore Heart Foundation. The 32-paged handbook was produced as part of the BP Initiative @ Schools Programme. Filled with adorable illustrations and key information, the handbook seeks to inculcate in students the awareness of good blood pressure readings as important numbers in their lives and to motivate positive behavioural changes towards better heart health. The handbook was targeted at upper primary school students.
