Siloso Beach Resort, Sentosa sought to tap on branding and marketing strategies to generate brand value and incite occupancy rate. The business wanted to increase its competitive edge by building its brand and shaping consumer’s perception. Brand consultation services were rendered. A market research was performed to gather consumer insights. Competitive positioning was established for the brand. An audit was performed to identify the brand gap. A corporate brand guide was developed to narrow brand gap by improving brand experience and messaging. A visual identity system which comprised of corporate stationery, resort signages and whatnot, was developed.
